Yet another PhD student got his PhD in the RF-lab. Daniel Borras defended with virtuosity his thesis entitled “ The use of sequencing technologies for the better understanding of molecular determinants in renal diseases”.

The thesis was carried out in close collaboration with Prof Bart Janssen from GenomeScan in Leiden in the Netherlands and in the context of the ITN network iMODE-CKD (“Clinical and system –omics for the identification of the Molecular DEterminants of established Chronic Kidney Disease”).
